Responsabilités

Eli Lilly Canada est actuellement à la recherche d’un chef des ventes de district compétent pour assurer la promotion de la gamme de produits contre le diabète de Lilly Canada dans la région de l’est du Québec. Le chef des ventes de district doit avant tout chercher à dépasser les objectifs de vente en dirigeant les employés de manière exemplaire. Vous devrez vous faire le/la champion(ne) de nos clients et être un exemple d’énergie et de passion pour notre équipe de vente. Le/la titulaire du poste dirige une équipe de professionnels de la vente reconnus œuvrant dans l’est du Québec et est responsable de la faire progresser, notamment en s’occupant du recrutement et de l’embauche de nouveaux membres, au besoin.

Le rôle du chef des ventes de district consiste à encadrer et à mobiliser nos conseillers aux ventes. Vous offrirez des occasions de perfectionnement des compétences et tenir l’équipe responsable de la mise en œuvre du plan de vente. Vous élaborerez avec soin des plans d’action de district qui établissent des attentes élevées pour son équipe, et surveiller les progrès réalisés vers l’atteinte de ces objectifs. De plus, vous collaborerez efficacement avec les membres de l’équipe interfonctionnelle au sein de l’organisation et avec les principaux professionnels de la santé et intervenants externes. Le/la titulaire doit faire preuve d’une passion pour le service à la clientèle qui inspire son équipe. Vous jouerez un rôle actif en contribuant positivement à la réussite de tous les membres de l’équipe de vente.

Plus précisément, le chef des ventes de district pour la région de l’est du Québec est responsable de ce qui suit :

Expansion des affaires

Atteindre les objectifs de ventes de produits du district de manière éthique, en respectant la conformité et les valeurs fondamentales de Lilly.

Élaborer un plan d’action pour le district correspondant aux marques promues et à la stratégie de l’unité commerciale.

Fixer des objectifs de rendement clairs, assortis d’une feuille de route permettant de les atteindre.

Encadrer son équipe pour qu’elle atteigne un rendement élevé en veillant notamment au perfectionnement des compétences en vente et à la mise en œuvre de plans de vente et de marketing.

Recruter des conseillers aux ventes qui contribuent à une culture diversifiée et inclusive et favoriser leur perfectionnement.

Offrir une expérience client supérieure grâce au suivi et à l’évaluation de la mise en œuvre des plans des clients.

Veiller à la mobilisation de l’équipe et souligner le travail de ses membres.

Veiller à ce que les renseignements sur les ventes soient intégrés au processus de planification de la clientèle.

Établir des liens personnels et des relations professionnelles avec les principaux leaders d’opinion dans le domaine du diabète.

Encourager l’esprit d’innovation au sein de l’équipe commerciale pour pouvoir faire face à un contexte changeant.

Gérer et respecter le budget de vente du district de la région de l’est du Québec.

Veiller à ce que l’équipe comprenne l’environnement actuel de la conformité, agisse avec intégrité et assume la responsabilité de tout écart par rapport aux attentes en matière de conformité.

Remettre en question les processus qui ont des répercussions négatives sur l’expérience client.

Exigences : Études et expérience

Diplôme universitaire

Au moins 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans la vente de produits pharmaceutiques ou médicaux

De préférence, le candidat a des connaissances sur le diabète et de l’expérience en matière de direction de personnel

Une expérience d’au moins 3 à 5 ans en gestion des ventes est souhaitable

Compétences avérées en matière de leadership, d’encadrement et de communication

Solides compétences d’analyse – expérience de la gestion stratégique du territoire

Capacités avérées en matière de gestion relative aux leaders d’opinion

Compréhension avérée des interactions fondées sur la valeur et de l’engagement omnicanal

Maîtrise du matériel informatique et des logiciels standards utilisés dans le secteur

Bilinguisme (français et anglais) obligatoire, car il s’agit d’offrir du soutien aux professionnels de la santé dans les deux langues.

Déplacements requis : environ de 30 à 50 % du temps

Responsibilities

Eli Lilly Canada is currently searching for a capable District Sales Manager in the Quebec East region to support Lilly Canada’s Diabetes portfolio. The District Sales Manager’s primary objective is to exceed sales targets through leading people. They are the champion for our customers and a source of energy and passion for our sales team. This role leads a team of established sales professionals based in Quebec East and is responsible for developing the sales team, including recruiting & hiring members when needed. 

The District Sales Manager's role is to coach and engage our sales consultants. Provide opportunities to develop skills and hold the team accountable for the delivery of the sales plan. You will create well-designed district action plans that set high expectations for your team and you will monitor progress towards these goals. You will also work effectively with cross functional team members within the organization, with key external healthcare providers and stakeholders. You will have a passion for customer service that inspires your team and take an active role in positively contributing to success across the entire sales team.


Specifically the District Sales Manager for Quebec East is responsible for:

Business development:

Delivering on District sales targets in an ethical manner respecting the compliance environment and Lilly's core values.

Developing a district action plan that is aligned to promoted brands and business unit strategy.

Setting clear performance goals with a road map for achieving them.

Coaching your team to high performance, including development of selling skills and implementation of sales & marketing plans.

Recruitment and development of sales consultants that contribute to a diverse and inclusive culture.

Providing superior customer experiences through tracking and evaluating execution of customer plan's.

Engagement and recognition of the team.

Ensuring sales insights are brought into the customer planning process.

Personally building professional relationships with key Diabetes Thought Leaders.

Driving innovative thinking across the sales team to respond to the changing environment.

Managing and adhering to the Quebec East district sales budget.

Ensuring the team understands the current compliance environment and operates with integrity holding the team accountable for deviation from compliance expectations.

Challenging processes that negatively impact on customer experience.

Requirements: Education and Experience:

University degree

Must have min. of 3-5 yrs of Pharmaceutical or Medical sales experience

Preference for Diabetes disease state knowledge and experience leading people

Min of 3-5 yrs of sales management experience is preferred

Demonstrated leadership, coaching and communication skills

Strong analytical skills - strategic territory management experience

Demonstrated Thought Leader management capability

Demonstrated understanding of value-based interactions and omni-channel engagement

Proficient with use of industry standard IT hardware/software

Must be fully bilingual (French and English)

Travel percentage – approx. 30-50%
