Your work environment at EXP

In this role, you will join the Mechanical group, based in our Brampton, ON office reporting to the Senior Project Manager.

What a day at EXP has in store for you

Performing Building Condition Assessments, Reserve Fund Studies and Capital Planning Services. Preparation of condition reports related to the Building Science Components, Exterior Walls, Roofing and other building elements. Review and prepare reports and repair/replacement cost estimates.

What your experience looks like

College diploma, EIT or University graduate in suitable related program with building science background preferred. Exposure to building components including: roofs, exterior walls, windows and doorways and/or structural building components will be an asset. Experience working for an Ontario based consulting engineering firm is preferred. Strong communication skills - written and oral. A valid driver’s licence with own vehicle and travel throughout Southern Ontario is required. Experience dealing with various clients and fostering a positive relationship. Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
