This position is responsible for handling all incoming calls at our main reception desk, including greeting all visitors coming into the office. Some clerical tasks related to our sales and accounting department maybe including.

**Primary responsibilities**:

- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
- Sorting invoices when available.
- Prepare filing when available.
- Helping with mail outs to customers or sales representative.
- Assisting with waybills for shipments via courier.
- Performing other duties as required.

**Necessary qualifications**
- Grade 12 education according to Ontario standards or equivalent.
- Computer skills, Word, Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Multi tasking capabilities
- Organized
- Professionalism
- Experience in related fields is an asset.
- Bilingual is considered an asset.
