We are seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Manager with experience in the ag industry who's capable of crafting and telling our product's story

Our team gathers customer insights and competitive intelligence to define product positioning, manage product launches, and direct product-line marketing strategy. We’re responsible for maximizing our products' potential to delight our customers and help Brandt Agricultural Products grow. We partner with teams across the company, including Product, Sales, and Engineering to ensure alignment on project scope and market fit.

As our Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the go-to-market strategy for our exceptional line of farm equipment. You'll be at the forefront of promoting our products to farmers, dealers, and other stakeholders, while ensuring our brand remains synonymous with excellence in the agriculture sector. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead the development of our marketing, sales enablement, and competitive intelligence efforts by harnessing your deep understanding of customer behaviors and market trends to craft captivating messaging and shape Brandt's unique position in the market.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Dive deep into the agriculture sector to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and pain points. Leverage this knowledge to develop a deep understanding of our target market and create compelling marketing strategies.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Craft and execute innovative go-to-market plans that drive the successful launch of our farm equipment line. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product positioning, messaging, pricing, and distribution strategies.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement captivating marketing campaigns that showcase the unique value of our farm equipment to our target audience. Utilize various marketing channels, including digital, print, events, and social media, to maximize our reach and impact.
  • Sales Enablement: Work closely with our sales team to equip them with the necessary tools, training, and materials to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to customers.
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape, staying ahead of industry trends and ensuring we maintain a competitive edge

Required Experience
  • Agricultural Expertise: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the agriculture sector, with in-depth knowledge of farm equipment, practices, and the challenges faced by farmers.
  • Marketing Excellence: Track record of 2+ years in a marketing role, including successful go-to-market planning and positioning strategies.
  • Strategic Vision: Proven ability to apply critical thinking to identify market opportunities and develop actionable plans to capitalize on them.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
