Charger et décharger le fret, le scanner et le trier à l'intérieur des installations. Transporter le fret d'une installation à l'autre.

Former d'autres manutentionnaires de colis aux techniques de chargement, de déchargement, de palettisation et de scan afin d'assurer l'efficacité et la sécurité du transport des colis dans votre établissement

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent (Preferred)

- Six (6) months of experience as a Package Handler preferred.

- FedEx Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations - (Preferred)

- Good interpersonal skills

- Must have the ability to lift 70 lbs & maneuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment

- Must possess a valid G license & have a good driving record


COMPÉTENCES ET APTITUDES REQUISES

- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou l'équivalent(Préférés)

- Préférence accordée aux candidats et candidates possédant au moins six (6) mois d’expérience comme manutentionnaires..

- Régementation canadienne des douanes et des opérations de FedEx - (Préférés)

- Bonnes compétences en relations humaines

- Pouvoir soulever des charges de 70 lb et manœuvrer, avec l'aide d'un appareil approprié, des colis pesant jusqu'à 150 lb.

- Posséder un permis de conduire valide G et un bon dossier de conduite.

En plus des facteurs habituels faisant partie du processus de sélection, tout candidat à un poste exigeant la conduite d’un véhicule comme compétence de base doit posséder un permis de conduire valide (p. ex. de classe 5, G, ou 1 AZ) et un dossier de conduite affichant un maximum de deux infractions et / ou accidents au cours des 24 mois précédant la date de candidature. Les candidats feront en outre l’objet d’une évaluation basée sur l’examen approfondi :

  1. de leur dossier de conduite courant,
  2. des résultats de leur entrevue et
  3. des résultats de toute évaluation de leurs compétences de conducteur.
