Location : Our Hamilton Transfer Station
Salary : 70-75k +10% annual bonus
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30AM to 4PM on site; rotating Saturday Schedule (every 3rd Saturday)
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and guide daily operations, adjusting staffing needs as necessary. Develop and drive safety goals to maintain a secure work environment. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure safe and compliant work practices. Respond to and resolve customer concerns regarding transfer station services. Perform employee reviews and participate in performance management. Set both short- and long-term goals for the station’s operations. Participate in budgeting and manage profit and loss (P&L) activities. Ensure compliance with environmental standards, health and safety regulations, and local permits. Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced, people-oriented environment. A higher education degree is a huge plus Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel and business systems. Class DZ/AZ driver’s license preferredBenefits
