Kimberley, Canada Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Full time

As the Food & Beverage Lead at Trickle Creek Golf Resort you will play a key role in the success of our business by overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations. 

Responsibilities:

· DrivingRevenue through events, and programs at Trickle Creek Golf course

· Fieldingclient inquiries for special group events

· Recruit,mentor and lead the F&B team by providing coaching, guidance and anyprogressive discipline required

· Staffleadership & motivation, including sales contests, performance reviews

· Schedulingand Labour Management to attain KPI standards

· Menudevelopment and costing for approval to meet KPI standards

· Weeklypayroll approval using ADP

· Processdaily server cash outs

· Onfloor support during active periods

· EnsureOH&S policies, procedures & systems are followed, daily crew talks,training and ongoing documentation

· Otherduties not outlined as assigned

WorkingConditions & Occupational Requirements:

· Flexibilityin hours of work will be required, including evening and weekend hours

· Computerwork and light lifting required

· Thisis a full-time, seasonal position, located on-site in Kimberley BC, withpotential to move to year-round
