Food & Beverage Lead

Kimberley, British Columbia, Canada Resort of the Canadian Rockies Full time

As the Food & Beverage Lead at Trickle Creek Golf Resort you will play a key role in the success of our business by overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations.

Responsibilities:

· Driving Revenue through events, and programs at Trickle Creek Golf course

· Fielding client inquiries for special group events

· Recruit, mentor and lead the F&B team by providing coaching, guidance and any progressive discipline required

· Staff leadership & motivation, including sales contests, performance reviews

· Scheduling and Labour Management to attain KPI standards

· Menu development and costing for approval to meet KPI standards

· Weekly payroll approval using ADP

· Process daily server cash outs

· On floor support during active periods

· Ensure OH&S policies, procedures & systems are followed, daily crew talks, training and ongoing documentation

· Other duties not outlined as assigned

Working Conditions & Occupational Requirements:

· Flexibility in hours of work will be required, including evening and weekend hours

· Computer work and light lifting required

· This is a full-time, seasonal position, located on-site in Kimberley BC, with potential to move to year-round
