Position Summary:

This position will play a critical role in designing and implementing technology solutions that align with our customers’ goals and objectives. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical strategies. This role will work with our clients to complete current state and future state assessments that align with their business needs for IT.

This position will be responsible for providing ongoing delivery and assistance for complex projects for delivery of projects for Office 365. This position will focus on client migrations and new service delivery for clients moving from both Exchange on Premise and other email services to Office 365 and use modern management tools such as Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Protection and other modern desktop services from Microsoft.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework for customer projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives for the client Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical strategies, build future state roadmaps and work with the sales team to design customer proposals for these technologies Design and implement technology solutions that meet business needs, considering factors such as scalability, security, and performance Evaluate existing systems and technologies to identify areas for improvement or optimization Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, making recommendations for their adoption within the organization Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and applications Conduct regular reviews of internal architecture designs to ensure compliance with established standards

Required Education/Credentials/Qualifications:

University - bachelor’s degree or equivalent 10 + years of IT experience Demonstrated experience of developing roadmaps, developing standards, and solution architectures for IT Infrastructure Platforms and Services Strategic thinking and business communication – ability to decompose and communicate complex topics with non-technical audiences Experience creating Infrastructure architectures and designs in a cloud environment (Azure preferred) Analytical and critical thinking skills Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions Excellent writing skills to complete complex reports, roadmaps and assessments Solid working knowledge of Server, Network and Desktop environments including Microsoft Windows, Fortinet Networking extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Azure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional telephone manners and a strong customer service orientation are required Familiarity with ITIL processes is an asset Incident Management Change Management Problem Management CMDB Valid Driver’s License
