What we are looking for:

CPA-CA, CGA, or CMA or lawyer 1 to 4 years’ experience in a tax manager role working with private businesses, their owners and families with the following experience and skills: Reviewing tax returns for Canadian-controlled private corporations (“CCPC”), partnerships and trusts. Personal and corporate tax planning specifically focused on CCPCs, family trusts, their owners and families. Very good drafting skills. Proven problem-solving capabilities including ingenuity, analytical skills and creativity. Possess very good tax technical skills and a fine attention to detail. Computer proficient; knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Caseware, TaxPrep, TaxnetPro or similar tax research software. CICA In-Depth Tax Course or Master of Taxation in progress or completed. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to organize, prepare and clearly communicate information to our clients and team. Able to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Training of junior team members; and Ability to collaborate as part of a team and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
