Who You’ll Work With:

Cisco Catalyst Center and Security Policy Access teams have a strong presence across multiple geographies and business units within Cisco.

As a vital cog in the wheel your capability to resolve conflicts during release commitments will be significant. A Cisco Technical PM's critical job function is status reporting at various levels -- with Cisco DNA there is high visibility and hence regular, focused and succinct status reports to executives including business unit SVPs are vital attributes. 

Cisco has a well-defined GATED Solution development lifecycle and you will be responsible for working with all partners in getting through commitments followed by the execution life cycle.

What You’ll Do 

Lead multiple initiatives, programs and solutions that align with business portfolio strategy.  Develop and lead multi-functional program schedules; identify risks, manage scope and resource changes, and monitor progress against plan. Identify, call out and drive resolution of issues that affect program schedule and feature dedications. Define, generate and assess performance metrics for the program. Ensure all vital data is available for critical decision-making. Communicate regularly to management and executives on program status, risks and change control. Ensure effective communication within the multi-functional teams - Operations, Engineering, Product Management, QA and Release Management. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field 7+ years experience in networking/technology related business, with 4+ years in a Program Management position. Led full-scale, end-to-end, SaaS releases in a multi stakeholder environment Experience with Agile methodologies Experience with Jira, Confluence or a similar project tracking software

Preferred Qualifications: 

Experience creating executive level communication and reporting PMP/Agile/Scrum Master certification will be a plus Knowledge and experience of CI/CD process MS Office Suite experience
