In unserem Public Sector wartet eine vielseitige Herausforderung auf dich. Als Director IT Consulting (m/w/d) berätst du Ministerien, Behörden und große Kommunen zu ihrer IT-Infrastruktur. Gleichzeitig leitest du dein Team und unterstützt deine Mitarbeitenden auf ihrem Weg.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

•Du vertiefst Kundenbeziehungen und akquirierst neue Infrastruktur-Projekte in der öffentlichen Verwaltung. Zudem bist du für die Lieferung der Leistungen in der vereinbarten Qualität zuständig.
•Gleichzeitig leitest du dein Team und legst dabei besonderen Wert auf die Zufriedenheit deiner Mitarbeitenden.
•Du schaffst Rahmenbedingungen, damit dein Team hervorragende Leistungen erbringen kann. Dadurch ermöglichst du eine vertrauensvolle und nachhaltige Partnerschaft mit unseren Kunden.
•Vor allem bietest du deinen Mitarbeitenden eine positive Arbeitsumgebung, in der Anerkennung und persönliche Weiterentwicklung im Mittelpunkt stehen.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

•Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung und ein abgeschlossenes Studium im informationstechnischen Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
•Idealerweise Erfahrung im Public Sector in einer ähnlichen Rolle.
•Technisches Verständnis in den Bereichen Infrastruktur, Cloud und Outsourcing.
•Know-how im Bid und Account Management.
•Fundierte Kenntnisse im Aufsetzen und Managen von IT-Services- und Outsourcing-Verträgen.
•Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
