Reporting directly to the Building Maintenance and Construction Sector Manager, the Building Maintenance and Construction Supervisor (Boucherville) is responsible for ensuring that the work done by employees is carried out to the highest standards. He/she must also ensure that employees and contractors work in complete safety.

Schedule: day shift, 40h/week

*Travel to different sites with paid mileage

 

Your responsibilities will be as follows:
  • Assign requests received from operations to his teams and/or contractors;
  • Ensure compliance of work performed;
  • Ensure that health and safety rules are respected by its teams;
  • Ensure compliance of procedures and documents;
  • Follow up with operations on project status;
  • Follow-up on tasks in computer systems;
  • Follow-up on systems requiring annual certification.
In order to join Groupe Robert's team, you must have:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in personnel management;
  • Strong capacity for analysis and synthesis;
  • Autonomy, initiative, resourcefulness and flexibility;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a multi-site environment;
  • Leadership skills;
  • Bilingualism required.
