Sr. Director, Delivery and Operations

Responsibilities
: Develop and implement operational strategies and processes that enhance productivity and efficiency across the organization. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of current operational tools and systems, with a particular focus on Salesforce, and spearhead the adoption of new technologies to improve performance. Lead, coach, and mentor the Operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and exceptional performance. Works closely with the VP, Managing director to drive the financial performance of the agency by managing budgets, forecasting resource needs, and ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Develops & leads negotiations for MSA & SOW conversations with new & existing clients Provides support & leads inputs for team & financial structure in new business pitches Serve as a change agent by designing and implementing change management strategies that facilitate the smooth adoption of new processes and tools across the agency. Understand and integrate the creative development process into operational strategies to enhance workflow and project delivery. Collaborate with senior management to align operational strategies with the overall business objectives of the agency. Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all operational aspects of the agency support the delivery of client-focused solutions.What you bring to the table.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management within an advertising or related industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of effective project management and expertise in implementing process improvements. Strong financial acumen and experience managing a business unit’s financial operations. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop teams. Exceptional analytical skills and experience with operational tools and technology, particularly Salesforce. Demonstrated ability to manage change and effectively roll out new processes and tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with multiple teams and external stakeholders. Deep understanding of the creative development process within an advertising agency environment.What’s in it for you:
