Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving technology solutions, client engagement and service excellence? We are seeking a dynamic Senior Director to shape the future of IT solutions and services at the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB).
Impactful Role : As the Senior Director, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming how we engage with clients, deliver technology solutions, and drive innovation.

Shape our technology strategy and roadmap, aligning it with business goals and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Leading-Edge Technology: Leverage the latest tech and your senior leadership experience to drive results and create a meaningful impact.
Collaborate with peers to deliver meaningful technology solution, solving real business problems that enhance the experiences of both our clients and the WSIB internal team.
~ Prioritize resources, manage a portfolio of projects, and analyze value delivered.
~ Graduate degree in a business or technology related field
~ Proven experience in senior leadership roles within IT, focused on the delivery of technology solutions (applications).
