Ton quotidien, en quelques lignes :

Sous la responsabilité du directeur du marketing, le/la Gestionnaire, catégorie et marque produits dentaires conduira la stratégie commerciale de mise sur le marché au sein des segments dentaire, vétérinaire et de détail, en mettant l'accent sur la croissance du segment dentaire. En collaboration avec les cadres supérieurs, la gestion des produits et d'autres équipes interfonctionnelles, le/la gestionnaire, catégorie et marque produits dentaires sera champion du segment, définira la proposition de valeur dans chaque segment et mettra en œuvre le plan et les initiatives nécessaires pour aider à stimuler les ventes par la sensibilisation, l'adoption et la fidélisation au produit. Le/la gestionnaire, catégorie et marque produits dentaires travaillera également en étroite collaboration avec nos clients et nos partenaires distributeurs afin de développer des stratégies de marché.

  • Comprendre tous les segments de marché (dentaire, gouvernement, vente au détail) et l'écosystème entre l'utilisateur final, l'influenceur et l'acheteur
  • Diriger, développer et mettre en œuvre des plans de marketing et de lancement de produits pour conduire les activités d'exécution de la stratégie produit dans chacun des segments
  • Élaborer des propositions de valeur spécifiques à chaque segment pour des produits différenciés qui trouvent un écho auprès des utilisateurs finaux
  • Être responsable du contenu de la création de tous les supports marketing, y compris un large éventail de contenus et d'outils internes et externes
  • Travailler avec les ventes pour assurer un positionnement cohérent des produits et servir de contact principal pour les pairs des ventes
  • Pour le segment dentaire, gérer la stratégie marketing en tenant compte de l'ensemble du portefeuille de produits, y compris la différenciation/le positionnement du produit par rapport à la concurrence, et comprendre et communiquer pourquoi cela compte au niveau de l'utilisateur final.

  • Baccalauréat ou maîtrise en marketing, commerce, communication, gestion d'entreprise/administration ou diplôme similaire
  • 7 ans ou plus d'expérience en marketing produit ou en stratégie de marque dans le domaine de la fidélisation, de la reconnaissance et de l'adoption dans le secteur des soins dentaires, des soins de santé ou dans un secteur connexe
  • Expérience dans la définition et la création de plans marketing générateurs de revenus dans des formats analogiques et numériques
  • Expérience avérée dans la conduite de projets ayant un impact significatif et de grande envergure sur les performances de l'entreprise à court et à long terme
  • Capacité supérieure à synthétiser des informations et des données diverses et complexes et à concevoir des stratégies, des solutions, des flux de travail et des procédures affinées qui puissent être présentées aux parties prenantes
  • Aimer les chiffres, l'analyse des données et l'établissement de priorités
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft (PowerPoint, Word);
  • Excellent anglais écrit et parlé
  • Expérience avec un système de gestion de la relation client (CRM) tel que Salesforce est un atout.

Your day-to-day:

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Channel/Brand Manager, Dental will drive the go-to-market commercial strategy within dental, veterinary, and retail segments, with a focus on growing the dental segment. Working with senior leaders, product management, and other cross-functional teams, the Channel/Brand Manager will be the segment champion, defining the value proposition within each segment, and delivering the plan and initiatives needed to help drive sales through product awareness, adoption, and loyalty. The Channel/Brand Manager will also work closely with our customers and dealer partners to develop market strategies.

  • Understand all market segments (Dental, Government, Retail) and the ecosystem between end-user, influencer, and purchaser;
  • Lead, develop and implement product marketing and launch plans to drive the activities in execution of the product strategy within each of the segments;
  • Develop segment-specific value propositions for differentiated products that resonate with the end users;
  • Own and deliver content for the creation of all marketing collateral including a wide range of internal and external content / tools;
  • Work with sales to ensure consistent product positioning and serve as primary contact for sales peers;
  • For dental segment, manage the marketing strategy with consideration to the entire product portfolio, including differentiation/product positioning vs competitive set, and understanding and communicating why it matters at the end user level.

 

A short list of essentials:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Business/Administration or similar degree;
  • 7+ years of cross-discipline product marketing or branding experience in building loyalty and driving recognition and adoption in the dental, health care, or related industry;
  • Working knowledge of building both B2B and B2C marketing strategies;
  • Experience defining and creating revenue-driving marketing plans in both analog and digital formats;
  • Demonstrated experience leading projects with significant and far-ranging impact on the performance of the business in both the short- and long-term;
  • Superior ability to synthesize diverse and complex information and data and design refined strategies, solutions, workflows, and procedures that are presentable to stakeholders;
  • Love numbers, data crunching and prioritizing;
  • Proficient in: Microsoft suite (PowerPoint, Word);
  • Written and spoken French is an asset;
  • Experience with CRM such as Salesforce a plus.
