When our guests arelooking to replenish their energy on the mountain, you are waiting to providefor them as a member of the Food and Beverage Team. You prioritize the safehandling and distribution of food, while maximizing guest experience. You takepride in providing the best vacation and recreation experience possible.

You will:

· Prepare, cook and plate food to established qualityand presentation standards on the cold line.

· Be responsible for prep and all food items that areexecuted from the cold line such as salads, sandwiches and desserts.

· Ensure that all equipment in the kitchens and dish washingareas is clean and in good working condition, reporting any deficiencies.

· Ensure adequate levels ofcutlery, dishware and glassware are in stock and delivered to all necessaryoutlets.

· Maintain a clean and safe work space.

· Demonstrate a commitment to exceeding guest andcoworker expectations on a daily basis.

· Manage our sustainability systems, ensuringrecycling and garbage are sorted and transported to the appropriate facilities.

· Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.

You:

· Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

· Demonstrate a desire to learn and succeed in thehospitality industry.

· Have previous kitchen experience (an asset, notrequired).

· Have a Food Safe or have food handlingcertification (an asset, not required).

· Must be able to work flexible hours, includingweekends, evenings and holidays.

· Are able to lift up to 30 pounds, turn, and standfor extended periods of time.

· Can withstandbrief exposure to extreme weather conditions (rain, snow, wind, cold, heat) ina mountain environment.
