About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Eagle's Eye Host to join our team at Resorts of the Canadian Rockies. As a key member of our guest services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage room flow and assign guests to tables suitable for the size of their group, ensuring a seamless and efficient dining experience.
  • Support servers by ensuring prompt and courteous service, and ensure that the meal meets the guest's expectations.
  • Take reservations for special functions and general dining, and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in arranging the restaurant for any special functions, including setup and teardown.
  • Help to maintain a clean and welcoming entrance to the restaurant and contribute to general housekeeping of the restaurant and guest suites.
  • Clean and stock the dining area to provide a pleasant environment for our guests.
  • Perform related duties as requested by Managers and Team Leads.
  • Work flexible shifts with varying hours, primarily working part time between 24 to 40 hours per week.

Requirements:

  • Previous host or food service experience is an asset.
  • Reliable and have good attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
