Notre partenaire est une entreprise familiale coup de coeur. Elle est leader mondial en systèmes d'accès sur mats. Ayant son siège social localisé sur la Rive-Sud de Montréal, il s'agit d'une très belle PME manufacturière canadienne qui conçoit, fabrique et met en marché ses produits. L'entreprise opère également aux États-Unis où elle y a 2 usines et plus de 15 distributeurs. Elle possède également trois succursales outremer (France, Royaume-Uni et Inde) et est de plus en plus présente sur le marché du Moyen Orient.

Nous recherchons actuellement un Responsable Installation pour gérer l'installation des produits les plus innovants de leur marché. Il s'agit d'un nouveau poste et non d'un remplacement. L’expérience n’est pas obligatoire dans tous les aspects du poste, une personnalité volontaire et proactive est ce que l’on recherche. Nous sommes prêts à investir en vous et avons la ressource disponible pour le faire

VOUS AIMERIEZ VOIR DU PAYS?

Vous aimez travailler sur des projets stimulants, d’envergure et international ? Le Responsable Installation sera appelé à voyager environ 1 semaine sur 3. Il fera des chantiers d'envergure à l'international. Tout ceci sera planifié dans des conditions flexibles où l'on s'organise autour de la vie et des enjeux propre à votre réalité personnelle et familiale. De plus, vous serez de retour pour les week-ends. Certains de nos employés ont même la garde partagée et y arrivent très bien puisque l'on s'organise avec les clients.

Vous pourriez vous retrouver au Chili, à Hawaii ou même sous terre

DÉFIS

Le Responsable Installation pilotera habilement la gestion de toutes les étapes de l'installation des équipements, de la planification initiale à la certification finale. Il travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les clients, les sous-traitants et les équipes d'installation passionnés pour garantir la satisfaction des clients et la réussite des projets. Vous serez en charge de la division du service installation au complet. La durée des projets est de longue haleine. Vous ferez entre 10 et 20 projets sur mesure par année d'une valeur totale de 3-4 millions annuellement.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

  • Vous êtes doué en communication et en relations interpersonnelles?
  • Vous êtes proactif dans la résolution de problèmes et dans l'organisation des ressources?
  • Vos compétences en leadership sont reconnues?
  • Vous avez démontré la capacité à travailler sous pression?
  • Vous maitrisez parfaitement le français et l'anglais?
  • Vous avez des connaissances ou un intérêt/une passion pour la mécanique, l'électrique, la construction?
