The Enterprise Loyalty & Partnerships team is goaled with the centralization and amplification of enterprise-wide loyalty programs and platforms. This team works across the organization to deliver differentiated value for Cardmembers. We build the highest quality customer programing designed for growth, supported by data and executed with excellence. The Analyst/Sr. Analyst, Entertainment will support with the identification and assessment of the Entertainment pipeline. As an integral member of a winning team, the (Sr) Analyst will contribute to the build of the Canadian roadmap for the Entertainment strategy by supporting the management of an important portfolio of sponsorship partners and related programs. The Analyst/Sr. Analyst role requires the ability to:
Support in execution of Amex Canada’s entertainment partnerships through development of Cardmember benefits, offers, and experiences, with an emphasis on innovation. Execute all marketing initiatives including communication and media planning across Front Of The Line™ program with marketing and operational excellence. Partner closely with internal and external network of stakeholders to align on approach and proposed initiatives – including stakeholders across Legal & Compliance, Product Owners, Travel & Lifestyle Services, Centre of Excellence, Global Network Service Partners, Agencies, and Entertainment Partners. Nurture external partner and third-party vendor relationships by ensuring contractual obligations are being executed as planned. Support sponsorship and events programs including agency briefing, production, communications, event planning, event execution, and post-campaign analysis. Launch new technology platforms and capabilities in alignment with local and global priorities. Oversee entertainment budget including tracking and related invoicing.Minimum Qualifications:
University degree in Marketing / Business / Commerce, or equivalent combination of education and business experience. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated marketer who is extremely organized and able to effectively multi-task and manage projects end-to-end with operational excellence. Ability to manage external agency partners and deliver compelling creative marketing assets with a strong customer-first mindset. Strong relationship management, influencing, and collaboration skills. Demonstrated oral and written communication skills, with emphasis on proposal development and presentations to internal and external stakeholders. Proven analytical and critical thinking skills with a strong attention to detail. Proficiency with Excel and Power Point.
