Fiji Water is bottle at source in a world class facility with state of the art equipment located at Yaqara and is inviting applications from suitably qualified persons for the open positions.

Job Description

Provide supervision to the Truck and forklift drivers in maintaining a high standard of safety, availability and schedule adherence Supporting Manager Fleet Operations in performance management process Leads Trucking efficiency and responds to and corrects operational issues including elementary maintenance and adjustment through immediate problem solving techniques with team Develop high performing team capable of sustaining operational excellence initiatives Train new drivers as and when required. Support organizational quality and environmental initiatives across the site. Executes administrative responsibilities/documentation and carry out all other tasks as assigned by Management.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in trucking or other fleet environment Valid Group 2, 6 & 7 driver’s license Certificate in computing Proven Leadership and supervisory skills

Preferred

Competency in using Lean problem-solving tools Diploma in Supply Chain Management Valid Group 9 driver’s licence
