We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Bilingual IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, selecting, and hiring top-level IT talent to meet our clients' strategic needs. You will work closely with HR managers and technical teams to ensure the perfect fit between candidates and job openings. You will also play a key role in continuously improving our recruitment processes. Responsibilities Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top-level IT talent Identify and source potential candidates through various channels  Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' technical and behavioral skills Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and job requirements Write and post attractive job advertisements in both French and English Maintain a database of qualified candidates and regularly update their information Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and progress (KPI) Train and mentor junior recruiters and share best recruitment practices Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools Requirements Degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT recruitment or a similar field, with significant experience in recruiting senior profiles Excellent communication skills in both French and English (spoken and written) In-depth knowledge of sourcing and recruitment tools and techniques Ability to assess the technical skills of candidates Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) Ability to develop and maintain a network of IT talent Leadership skills and ability to train and mentor other recruiters
