ABOUT THE ROLE

·Effectively communicate with Finance and InsuranceManagers to ensure a smooth flow of operations within the Finance department.

·Process vehicle registration and pick up licenseplates.

·Process invoices, purchase orders. and expensereports.

·Ensure timely payment of bills and invoices.

·Organize and file financial documents andstatements.

·Ensure compliance with internal financial policiesand external regulations.

·Participate in training and professionaldevelopment opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
