THE POSITION
The position of education consultant encompasses, in particular, responsibility for providing advice and support to staff of educational institutions and services in the implementation, development and evaluation of programs of study, class management and instructional materials.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to the realization of educational and specific projects of institutions, by participating in their development, implementation, and evaluation, while respecting educational and administrative frameworks.
- Participate in the implementation of study and training programs, advise teaching staff and management on their interpretation, conduct training sessions, and collaborate in the creation of learning situations.
- Provide individual and collective support to teaching staff to enhance their daily activities, by designing and conducting tailored training activities.
- Assist teaching staff in assessing learning outcomes, by guiding them in the design and adaptation of assessment tools.
- Contribute to the development and revision of intervention plans for students facing difficulties, by participating in the selection of objectives and interventions.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to develop strategies and projects aimed at assisting students facing adaptation or learning challenges.
- Advise management personnel on professional development programs, by planning and evaluating these programs.
- Analyze and advise on the selection of relevant teaching materials and equipment, as well as on the layout of facilities.
- Provide guidance on integrating technology into teaching, by participating in related projects and conducting training workshops.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in the school environment, external partners, and educational authorities.
- Contribute to promoting the school board to socio-economic partners, by meeting with representatives of companies to develop tailored training programs.
- Organize work-study programs, internships in companies, and industrial visits, by supporting teaching staff and advising employers.
