The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a dynamic Regional Director to join our team in oversee the Central Region, encompassing Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario (excluding the GTA, Ottawa, Sudbury, North Bay, Sault Saint Marie and Thunder Bay).

The successful candidate will manage the overall client experience/retention program, strategies and services, associate development, and sales and profitability by supporting District Managers within the Central region.

Key areas of responsibilities:

Responsible for the overall performance of Central region to grow clients, grow revenue, and enhance the client experience. Drives overall regional performance by growing clients, revenue, and enhancing the client experience. Implements national strategies and achieve regional business results. Leads a team of District Managers overseeing Company and Franchise locations. Conducts office visits. Collaborates with the Operations Leadership team to establish district targets. Reviews, monitors the regional budget and reports regularly on budget variances. Stays updated on industry trends and market conditions. Manages escalated unresolved client concerns. Fosters a safe and secure workplace for Associates, Clients, and visitors. Develops and implements regional sales and marketing strategies to attract and retain clients. Analyzes performance metrics and key performance indicators to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions. Monitors and ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Create and maintain a safe and secure workplace for Associates, Clients and other visitors.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business and 10 years of experience managing multi-unit retail locations or a relevant combination of education and experience. or other related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Valid driver’s license required, along with reliable transportation and valid/current insurance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications. Ability to provide guidance, direction, and motivation to a team of District Managers and Associates. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing effective strategies to achieve regional business objectives. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Solid understanding of financial concepts and ability to analyze budgets, financial reports, and performance metrics. Ability to identify and address complex business challenges and make informed decisions. Demonstrated knowledge of sales and marketing principles to drive client acquisition and retention. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market conditions. Demonstrated experience in leading and developing a team, including setting goals, providing feedback, and promoting a positive work culture. Skilled in managing and resolving conflicts, internally and with clients.
