Special Finance Manager

Responsibilities

Assist customers on leasing and finance contracts as well as additional products and services Structure deals in in accordance with lender and dealership guidelines  Present paperwork toacquire approval from finance sources Perform statement and credit reviews  Review paperwork toensure all documents are correct before finalizing deals Present clients with financing contracts ensuring competitive rates and having an advantage over the competition  Overcomeobjectionsof clients and present them the most beneficial option Build and maintainstrong working relationships with all external stakeholders Build and maintain strong working relationships with AutoCanada dealerships in your region  Ensure penetration level goals are achieved on new and used sales  Build and maintain a good working relationship to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs  Exemplify commitment to the companies principlesof excellent customer service for all clientele Other duties as required 

Requirements

Minimum of 2 year’s experience in Non-Prime, car sales or equivalent work experience  Previous dealershipexperience is preferred Excellent analyticalskills, able to manage multiple priorities under strict timelines and work wellin a demanding dynamic environment and meet overall objectives Result focused anddetail orientated Excellent written and oral communication skills  Strong problemidentification and resolution skills High level ofpersonal integrity, and the ability to professionally handle confidential mattersand show an appropriate level of judgement and maturity Strong relationship building skills with a high degree stamina  Valid driver’s license with a clean drivers abstract  A strong willingness to learn and adapt
