- How would you deliver high-quality animation assets that meet or exceed the animation quality bar for the project?
- How do you collaborate with Engineers, Technical Animators, and Rigging Directors to define/refine animation tools, pipelines, and technical systems?
- How do you prove out gameplay and design the appropriate locomotion sets?
- How do you collaborate effectively with the Gameplay Animation team?
- How do you problem solve gameplay animation issues and provide continuous feedback and education? Do such questions intrigue you?

- Role Summary: As a Gameplay Animator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality animation assets and collaborating with various teams to define animation tools and systems.
4. What are the key responsibilities?
- Responsibilities and Duties:
- Produce high-quality animation assets that adhere to technical specifications.
- Collaborate with Engineers, Technical Animators, and Rigging Directors to define and refine animation tools and pipelines.
- Assist in pre-visualization animation and design appropriate locomotion sets.
- Collaborate effectively with the Gameplay Animation team.
- Provide feedback and education to solve gameplay animation problems.
5. What experience are we looking for to drive success?
- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience creating high-quality in-game Animation assets.
- Proficiency in key frame and motion capture animation.
- Technical understanding of animation tools, pipelines, and systems.
- Experience with locomotion trees and state-flow animation systems.
- Proficiency in Maya (preferred) or other 3D applications (Max or Softimage).
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Rigging experience.
