Responsabilités :

Vous êtes en charge de l'élaboration et de la mise à jour des documents comptables conformément aux principes comptables généralement admis (GAAP) et aux normes internationales d'information financière (IFRS), ainsi qu'aux politiques et procédures comptables de l'organisation. Vous êtes responsable de la gestion et de l'administration des diverses transactions financières au sein de l'unité.
Vous êtes en charge de la mise en œuvre de la politique de gestion des risques de l'entreprise et de la mise en place de la stratégie de gestion des risques. Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec la Trésorerie, la Finance, la Fiscalité, les Ventes, le Marketing SGA et d'autres partenaires commerciaux si nécessaire, en développant de solides relations d'affaires et en comprenant les interdépendances entre les départements. Vous êtes en charge des activités de fin de mois, des audits internes et externes, des rapports SEC et IFRS.

Requirements

Senior Accountant

Reporting to the Accounting Manager-Canada, the Senior Accountant will primarily support the Canadian operations and the global derivatives portfolio of KDP. Requires a problem-solving mindset and a demonstrated ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment within a high performing culture. Also requires a strong work ethic and positive attitude to your responsibilities every day.

Responsibilities:

Ensure that accounting records are prepared and maintained in accordance with GAAP and IFRS for International reporting requirements and the organization's accounting policies and procedures. Accounting ownership and management support for various finance transactions across the BU. Accurate and timely reports on KDPs global portfolio of foreign exchange Derivatives and Hedge accounting (KDP Canada, KDP US, KDP Ireland, KDP Mexico) Work closely developing strong business relationships and understanding of department interdependencies with Treasury, Finance, Tax, Sales, SGA Marketing, and other business partners as needed. Support month-end activities, internal and external audits, SEC and IFRS reporting Support manufacturing plant in month-end close responsibilities. Actively engage in process improvement, alignment, and efficiencies throughout the Accounting Controllership team.
