Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial operations of our company. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with accounting standards, and providing strategic financial guidance to the management team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the daily accounting transactions including bank reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable and general ledger.
  • Prepare forecast revenues and budget reports.
  • Prepare monthly and annual accounting reports.
  • Prepare accounting entries to capture inventory transactions (purchase, sales and cost of goods sold) in accounting software.
  • Carry out the annual audit by giving information and answers to auditors.
  • Check the progress of accounting and financial objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or similar discipline.
  • Proven work experience as an Accounting Supervisor, Senior Accountant or a similar position in the ability to ensure the accounting practices are in compliance with the laws.
  • Excellent working knowledge of accounting and procedures including production and assembly operations activities.
  • Good working knowledge of accounting and inventory software.
  • Strong knowledge of multi-currency intercompany transactions.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to explain and discuss financial data with team members.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Good time management skills.
  • A keen eye on details for accuracy.
  • Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Strong work ethics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
