Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Du berätst das Topmanagement unserer Kunden aus der Versicherungsbranche bei der digitalen Transformation.
• Du kennst die disruptiven Innovationen des Marktes, kombinierst diese mit dem breiten Produkt- und Beratungsportfolio von CGI zu neuen Lösungsansätzen, die zur Erweiterung und Verbesserung der Geschäftsmodelle unserer Kunden beitragen.
• Du etablierst eine nachhaltige positive Partnerschaft mit deinen Kunden sowie Cross- und Up-Selling-Potentiale.
• Du baust dir ein internes sowie externes Netzwerk auf, um Expert:innenwissen auszutauschen, bzw. Markt- und Industrieexpertise nachhaltig zu vertiefen und CGI als Thought Leader zu positionieren.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Beratung von Versicherungsunternehmen und/oder beim Versicherer.
• Intern und extern anerkannter Fachexperte (m/w/d) für die digitale Transformation von Versicherungsunternehmen.
• Gesamtüberblick über die Geschäftsmodelle und fundiertes Wissen zu Prozessen von Versicherungen sowie deren IT-Landschaft.
• Tiefgreifende Kenntnisse über (agile) Projekt- und Programmmanagementmethoden und -werkzeuge, idealerweise untermauert mit einer entsprechenden Zertifizierung.
• Hohe Kommunikations- und Motivationsfähigkeit sowie Vernetzung auch im multikulturellen, internationalen Umfeld.
• Starke Kundenorientierung und Vertriebsaffinität, um den Aufbau neuer Geschäftsfelder zu ermöglichen.
• Erfahrung in der fachlichen Mitarbeiterführung.
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
