Relevant du Directeur production-moulage industriel, la personne titulaire du poste de superviseur sur le quart de fin de semaine de nuit aura la responsabilité de coordonner toutes les activités de son département afin de rencontrer les standards de production, de qualité et les délais établis. Ayant une équipe de travailleurs de production syndiqués sous sa supervision, elle devra favoriser et maximiser la flexibilité et l’efficacité de la main-d’œuvre. De plus, cette personne sera appelée à participer à différents projets départementaux.

Nature et étendue de la fonction

Assigner le personnel afin de livrer les produits selon la quantité, la qualité et dans les délais requis par le client; S’assurer que la production rencontre les normes FSSC 22000 et HACCP ET GMP; Développer, évaluer, proposer, contrôler et tester de nouvelles procédures, méthodes et outils afin de promouvoir l’amélioration continue des opérations de son département; S’assurer de respecter et d’améliorer les règles de santé et sécurité; Former, évaluer et développer le personnel sur différents quarts de travail; Voir à la gestion de différentes équipes de travail comptant entre 20 et 40 employés syndiqués; Participer à divers projets reliés à la production; Supporter et participer à l’application de toutes les actions nécessaires afin de rencontrer les exigences des normes de qualité établies et requises; Être responsable de la vérification des documents relatifs aux CCP de leur département et informer le département QC/QA de toute déviation majeure avant la relâche des produits; Contribuer à maintenir la sécurité du produit en adoptant des comportements répondant aux exigences définies.

Exigences du poste

DEC en Transformation alimentaire, Gestion Industrielle ou formation universitaire en Science et Technologie des Aliments ou Gestion de la Production ou l'équivalence en expérience; Avoir un minimum de 3 années d'expérience en supervision dans un milieu manufacturier ; Avoir de l'expérience dans un milieu syndiqué ; Avoir de l’expérience en milieu alimentaire, un atout ; Leadership, sens de l’organisation, créativité, travail d’équipe et avoir des réalisations témoignant de sa capacité à gérer le changement et à accroître la productivité de l’organisation; Créativité, aimant travailler en équipe et sous pression; Bonne connaissance des logiciels de la suite MS Office; Anglais fonctionnel, un atout.
