Your main challenges:
- Develop and promote the implementation of standardized best practices for operations, including the management of performance indicators.
- Support the continuous improvement program as well as quality control activities.
- Ensure the management of non-conformities and the implementation of corrective actions.
- Recommend the selection or modification of manufacturing equipment and optimize its performance.
- Support the start-up of new equipment and investment projects.
- Supervise major tests and contribute to the resolution of technical problems within the unit.
- Support production in the development of new products.
Required profile:
- A relevant degree in mechanical engineering and/or industrial.
- Experience in the food industry.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role or other related experiences.
- Experience in the private manufacturing sector.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work and communicate well with others.
- A strong sense of organization and excellent priority management skills.
- Knowledge and experience in continuous improvement processes, such as Kaizen, 6 Sigma, etc.
