Teledyne FLIR est à la recherche d'un spécialiste ou d'un ingénieur en fabrication talentueux pour l'équipe de production du bureau de Laval, Québec.

Certifié ISO 9001:2015, cette installation de Teledyne FLIR conçoit, construit et entretient des systèmes radars de surveillance avancés vendus dans le monde entier. Nos systèmes radars sont parmi les plus performants et les plus fiables de l’industrie.

Responsabilités

Fournir une assistance technique à l’équipe de fabrication pour les tests d’acceptation des assemblages électroniques, des assemblages RF, des antennes et des systèmes radars complets.

Dépanner, analyser les non-conformités, identifier la cause première, résoudre les problèmes techniques complexes et mettre en œuvre les mesures correctives nécessaires.

Concevoir des montages de test, des méthodes de test et des temps de test standard pour améliorer la testabilité.

Définir, mettre en œuvre et améliorer les processus de fabrication.

Documenter les procédures d’assemblage et de test, les écarts et les méthodes d’étalonnage.

Signaler les problèmes de conception, de fiabilité et de maintenance à l'ingénierie de conception / ingénierie logicielle.

Interface avec l'équipe d'ingénierie pour l'introduction de nouveaux produits et le support continu.

Soutenir les tests d’acceptation en usine avec les clients sur demande.

Formation et audits : Réaliser des audits et des formations pour la qualité et l'efficacité de la production.

Amélioration continue : Diriger et participer aux activités d'amélioration continue dans le secteur manufacturier.

Exigences

Baccalauréat en ingénierie ou domaine connexe, ou technicien supérieur avec expérience pertinente

Plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans un environnement de fabrication électronique

Grande attention aux détails et capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois

Une expérience dans un environnement de petite entreprise est un plus

Bilingue – solides compétences en communication verbale et écrite en français et en anglais

Connaissance pratique de MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Connaissance de Python (atout)

Connaissance des équipements RF (analyseur de réseau, analyseur de spectre, etc.) (atout)

Admissible à être certifié pour examiner, posséder et transférer des articles dans le cadre du Programme canadien des marchandises contrôlées et légalement autorisé à travailler au Canada

Production Support/Manufacturing Specialist

Teledyne FLIR is seeking a talented Manufacturing Specialist or Engineer for the Production team in the Laval, Quebec office.

This ISO 9001 FLIR facility designs, builds and services advanced surveillance radar systems that are sold worldwide. Our radar systems are amongst the best performers and most reliable in the industry.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to the manufacturing team for acceptance testing of electronic assemblies, RF assemblies, antennas and complete radar systems. Troubleshoot, analyze non-conformance, identify root cause, resolve complex technical issues and implement corrective action as required; Design test fixtures, test methods and standard test times to improve testability Define, implement and improve manufacturing flow Document assembly and test procedures, deviations and calibration methods. Report design, reliability, and maintenance problems to design engineering/software engineering Interface with engineering team for New Product Introduction and continuing support Support Factory Acceptance Testing with customers upon request. Training and audits: Conduct audits and training for quality and production efficiency. Continuous improvement: Lead and participate in continuous improvement activities in manufacturing Other duties as required

Requirements

Bachelor in Engineering or related field, or senior technician with relevant experience 5+ year experience in an electronic manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task Experience in a small business environment is a plus Bilingual – strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Knowledge of Python (asset) Knowledge of RF equipment (network analyzer, spectrum analyzer, etc.) (asset)

Eligible to be certified to examine, possess, and transfer items under the Canadian Controlled Goods Program and legally authorized to work in Canada
