Purpose of Job:

Deliver batteries to dealers when requested. Provide a well -stocked and organized warehouse and assist Route Managers.

Job Components:

Run the Hot Shots and assigned routes on a timely basis as needed Load and unload batteries Maintain truck inventory using handheld deviceRestock batteries Charge, clean, date and rewrap rotationsCharge, test, clean, and date adjustment batteriesAccurately complete reports and claims 

Qualifications:

Must have a clean driving recordMust be able to operate a motor vehicle.Must have current, valid Manitoba driver’s license.Ability to read, write, and do simple math.

Scope Data:

Works under regular supervision and guidance

Work Environment:

Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a repetitive basisForklift experience an assetMust wear steel toe shoes when handling batteriesMust wear protective gloves when handling spent batteriesWarehouse environment, may be exposed to temperature extremes, dust and battery acid
