Your Role

As our Invoicing Specialist, you will be responsible for performing invoices for our customers and complete inter-company billing. You will report to the Operational Revenue Care Supervisor. 

Your Responsibilities

You will perform credit checks and promptly resolve missing credit approvals to ensure a timely billing processes Complete customer billing and handle our overseas transactions Verify outstanding costs or revenue for accounting tasks Address billing requests from other departments, including additional charges and missing backup documents required by customers Review and correct customer-claimed incorrect invoices.

Your Skills and Experiences

Preferred Degree/Diploma in International Business, Finance, Transportation, Logistics, Commerce, Administration or a related fields 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience  Strong knowledge of finance and profit loss statements Operational knowledge of Microsoft Excel
