Position Details


What You Will Do

Send Application packages to clients via email/mail Complete and send correspondence to clients, legal representatives and other interested parties Correspond with vendors for scheduling of Insurer Examinations Provide department support by matching mail for claims files, distribution and response of department voicemail messages and maintenance of department software Payment of invoices as directed by adjusters and leadership New Claims set-up

 

What You Have

Post- secondary education is required and/or working towards CIP designation would be preferred  Minimum of 1 year claims experience or experience working within the health care industry Strong keyboarding and data entry skills Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Exceptional communication skills both written and oral Strong organizational and time management skills coupled with strong decision-making skills Experience with Microsoft Office platform
