Job Summary

The Senior Manager Human Resources— Information & Technology (I&T) is responsible for leading a HRBP team and the strategic business partner to Senior Management in the I&T function. The role oversees all aspects of human resources and serves as a coach to members of the team.

Responsibilities Include:

·Drive business results with Executives by acting as an active and influential trusted business advisor

·Implement HR initiatives and programs that effectively support overall company strategy

·Support functions in executing key HR processes, including recruiting, performance management, succession planning and compensation

·Communicate policy and program changes and ensure successful roll-out of all HR programs

·Partner with business leaders to drive employee engagement and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives

·Drive organizational design and structure in functions being transformed and ensure right roles and talent are in place to fulfill transformation objectives

The Qualified Candidate will have:

·Bachelor's degree in human resources or relevant discipline

·10+ years of HR experience that include the following:

·3+ years of experience leading, supervising and coaching a team

·Ability to travel throughout Canada and USA

·Human Resources Certification (CRHA) or equivalent*

·Information & Technology experience*

·Bilingualism*

Technical Skills/Knowledge

·Expertise in strategic planning, complex problem resolution and general management

·Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations

·IT exposure and experience
