REGIONAL MANAGER – FREDERICTON, NB

THE ROLE

Based in our Regional Office in Fredericton NB and reporting to the Head of Service Delivery & Support, the Regional Manager provides a supportive culture to Clients and Commissionaires Team Members in the Western New Brunswick Region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The safety and well-being of all staff assigned to and working in the region. Ensure safe, predictable, effective, and efficient delivery of client services. Providing leadership, direction, and general management to the members of the region assigned including selection, coaching, mentoring, development, and performance management of key staff in the region. Collaborate with divisional management and support teams to ensure that the business and operations of the region are aligned with the Division’s mandate and strategy. Ensure quantity and quality of service delivery meets contractual commitments. Establish and maintain positive and mutually beneficial client and employee relations. Collaborate on new business development opportunities. Positively represent the brand and the company. Travel within the region is required as is participation in a rotating on-call team.

QUALIFICATIONS

A degree in Business or Management or experience commensurate with same - internal candidates will be considered based on a combination of policing, military background plus aptitude, skill, and experience. Highly motivated and dependable with the desire to work with our team in support of our social mandate. Demonstrated “role model” leadership in the areas of work ethic, attitude and attention to employee and customer satisfaction. Strong management, mentoring / coaching, and leadership skills Proven ability to take initiative, follow-through, creatively problem solve and meet operational deadlines. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills Must have or be able to obtain a Government of Canada Level II (Secret level) security clearance. Bilingual French/English is a highly sought asset but not a requirement. Designated Veteran Status is a desirable qualification.
