Calgary, AB, Canada Req #331 Tuesday, April 2, 2024Neighbourly Pharmacy, is looking for a staff pharmacist to join the team at the Sandstone Pharmacies Enhanced Care Solutions in Calgary, AB.
We are looking for an ambitious clinical pharmacist to join our team. The clinical pharmacist will be responsible for different functions through collaborative drug therapy management and for providing outstanding patient care for patients through the Neighbourly family of stores.

Patient Focused Care Responsibilities:
Review records of patients to determine the appropriateness of medication therapy Identify untreated health problems and refer patients to appropriate physicians Consult on dosages, medication substances etc. Advise on the correct administration of drugs Assess the results of pharmaceutical treatments Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care Keep accurate documentation of medication plans and patient progress Work in a fast-paced environment efficiently and calmly, using excellent time management organization skillsTechnical Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work well in a team environment Excellent knowledge of pharmaceutical therapy Hands-on experience with direct patient care Patient-oriented personality Problem-solving mindsetEducation and Experience:
Licensed and in good standing with the Alberta College of Pharmacy Additional Prescribing Authorization is a requirement Licensed to administer medications by injection is a mustWhile all responses are appreciated, only those being considered for interviews will be acknowledged.
