KeyResponsibilities:
  • Managedaily operations of the radiology department including staffsupervision andscheduling.
  • Developand implement policies and procedures to improve patient care anddepartmentalefficiency.
  • Collaboratewith healthcare providers to ensure effective imagingservices.
  • Monitorcompliance with safety regulations and qualitystandards.
  • Conductstaff training and performanceevaluations.

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Radiologic Technology Healthcare Administration orrelatedfield.
  • Significantexperience in radiology and leadershiproles.
  • Strongorganizational and managerialskills.
  • Excellentcommunication and problemsolvingabilities.
