The Opportunity
Our client is looking for a dedicated Medical Radiology Technologist (X-Ray Technologist) to join their team on Fridays and Saturdays. You’ll be part of a collaborative group of healthcare professionals committed to excellence, using the latest technology to make a meaningful impact on patient care and outcomes.
  • Position Title: Medical Radiology Technologist (X-Ray Technologist)
  • Hourly Rate: Up to $40/hr, depending on experience and certifications
  • Work Schedule: Fridays and Saturdays, 9 am to 4 pm
  • Location: Conveniently located in Etobicoke, ON
What You’ll Do
  • Perform precise diagnostic X-ray procedures with attention to detail
  • Maintain the highest standards for quality, confidentiality, and timely service
  • Deliver compassionate care to ensure patient comfort and confidence
  • Prepare thorough reports and respond to technical inquiries
  • Master company procedures, from examination performance to booking protocols and equipment operation at various centers
  • Engage in personal development and training opportunities
  • Adapt to additional responsibilities and flexible scheduling as needed
Qualifications
  • Current registration with the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario and certification with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (O.A.M.R.S. & C.A.M.R.T)
  • Graduate of a recognized Radiography program
  • Certifications in BMD and mammography are an asset
  • Proficient in IT, including PACS troubleshooting
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated accountability, initiative, and flexibility
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Maintain CMRITO or equivalent provincial certification/license, up-to-date documentation, and individual liability insurance
  • Current CPR certification
