What will you do?

In the role of Quality Assurance Analyst, you will have responsibility for developing the automatic validation for software components and services. This is a hands-on role for somebody passionate about test automation and building a culture focused on quality services for our customers. In this role, you will develop code for testing automation and will continue to enhance existing test processes and frameworks. You will also have the opportunity to mentor QA analysts, collaborate with development and product teams, and be involved in the release of new products and features. You will be a valued member of an autonomous, cross-functional agile team.

Maintaining the highest level of quality is critical for our organization’s growth. An ideal candidate for this role will have strong interest in test automation and improving internal tools.

What will you need to succeed?

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years experience of functional and automated testing of distributed systems, using a test automation framework, such as Selenium or other. 5+ years experience developing automated test solutions for Web UI's and REST API's. 3+ years experience of data validation utilizing SQL, with ability to write and analyze complex queries. Setting up, maintaining, and performing test automation frameworks on multiple application platforms and building test scenarios and acceptance tests. Experience working in a SaaS environment using Agile methodology. Familiarity with industry standard tools, such as Jira, CI/CD, Jenkins, Docker, and Gitflow. Basic understanding and knowledge of performance testing of web applications. Solid troubleshooting and debugging skills. Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Committed to security practices in policy and delivery. Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in AWS, or other cloud environment. 2+ years of experience in Mobile Automation, with a variety of devices and platforms. 1+ years of experience using Jira X-Ray or similar Test Management integration tools. Experience with monitoring tools, such as Datadog, Splunk, Dynatrace. Experience communicating across Development and Product Management teams on product issues, quality metrics, feature prioritization, and release processes. EV Charging domain experience.
