Analyste financier

Notre client dans le secteur des assurances recherche un professionnel qualifié pour un poste temporaire afin de couvrir un congé de maternité. Ce poste peut être reclassifié en Analyste financier III pour les candidats ayant une expérience significative en comptabilité de fonds, surveillance de fonds ou opérations de fonds connexes. Le candidat retenu supervisera les opérations de NAV externalisées, en garantissant leur exactitude, en atténuant les risques et en collaborant avec des partenaires internes et externes dans un environnement dynamique.

• Salaire horaire de 32.84$.
• Contrat de 14 mois avec possibilité d'embauche permanente.
• Poste à temps plein : 37.50 heures par semaine.
• Horaire en semaine de 9h à 17h.
• Travail hybride : 3 jours au bureau, du mardi au jeudi.

Responsabilités :

• Superviser les activités quotidiennes liées aux valeurs nettes d'actifs (NAV) externalisées aux partenaires agents de NAV.
• Enquêter et résoudre les écarts dans les outils de surveillance dans les 24 heures suivant la publication des NAV, en collaboration avec les équipes internes et les partenaires externes si nécessaire.
• Assurer que les dossiers financiers archivés respectent les normes d'audit.
• Utiliser le jugement et les stratégies d'atténuation des risques pour prioriser les tâches et résoudre de manière proactive les problèmes complexes.
• Démontrer une compréhension approfondie des principes de comptabilité de fonds, aidant à identifier et à adresser les risques financiers ou réputationnels potentiels pour l'entreprise et ses investisseurs.
• Collaborer avec diverses équipes pour améliorer les processus globaux tout en respectant les échéances.

Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir: 

• Diplôme de baccalauréat en finance ou en comptabilité.
• Désignation CGA, CMA, CA, CPA, ou CFA (candidat) – un atout.
• 2-4 ans d'expérience pertinente dans l'industrie des investissements.
• Solide connaissance des systèmes d'information et de la suite Microsoft Office.
• Bilinguisme en français et en anglais (écrit et parlé)
• Expérience en comptabilité de fonds ou en administration d'investissements.
• Connaissance des instruments de valeurs mobilières, des changes, de la réconciliation, de la comptabilité d'investissement et des rapports de fonds.
• Excellentes compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes.
• Fortes capacités de travail en équipe et de manière indépendante.
• Niveau élevé d'attention aux détails et de précision.
• Capacité à s'adapter rapidement, à gérer des délais serrés et à gérer efficacement les changements.
• Solides compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
