The Opportunity:

As the Product Manager (PM) you will report into the Head of Marketing, Ferinject BU and lead the marketing strategy and the execution of the Ferinject strategic brand plan for optimal launch and uptake of the brand within the IV Iron Market in Canada. You will support the launch, and drive brand growth by leading insight driven marketing recommendations and execution focused on the adoption of Ferinject for the appropriate patients.

The Role:

You will develop and manage the core strategies, tactics, budget, and communication plan for the brand. Necessary to this role is leading the cross-functional support team members in aligning to the strategic objectives, managing, and executing the multi-channel plan, including engagement with medical affairs and the field sales organization. The PM will be expected to work with Market Access colleagues to navigate the reimbursement landscape and help optimize reimbursement and access to Ferinject in Canada. The role will manage and execute on multiple initiatives at once, and requires strategic thinking, leadership, collaboration, innovative ideas, data analytics, sales forecasting, and tracking capabilities. The PM role also includes responsibilities for leading annual brand planning, agency management and developing relationships with external partners.

Your Experience and Qualifications:

Bachelors' degree in business, marketing, communications, life sciences or healthcare discipline; MBA preferred. 7+ years' healthcare experience with 5+ years' experience in sales and marketing or related experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry 2-4 years product management experience in the pharma, biotech, or medical device industries Experience developing and executing multiple successful online and offline tactics, including digital, print, video, and CRM. Experience in product launch within the life sciences a plus Bilingualism in English and French is preferred. 

Position requires approximately 30% travel, including some weekends.

En tant que Product Manager (PM), vous relèverez directement du Head of Marketing, Ferinject BU et dirigerez la stratégie marketing et l'exécution du plan stratégique de la marque Ferinject pour un lancement optimal et l'adoption de la marque sur le marché du fer intraveineux au Canada. Vous soutiendrez le lancement et favoriserez la croissance de la marque en formulant des recommandations et en exécutant des actions de marketing axées sur l'adoption de Ferinject pour les patients appropriés. 

Le rôle :

Vous développerez et gérerez les stratégies de base, les tactiques, le budget et le plan de communication pour la marque. Pour ce faire, vous devrez diriger les membres de l'équipe d'assistance interfonctionnelle afin qu'ils s'alignent sur les objectifs stratégiques, gèrent et exécutent le plan multicanal, y compris l'engagement avec les affaires médicales et l'organisation des ventes sur le terrain. Le PM devra travailler avec ses collègues de l'accès au marché pour naviguer dans le paysage du remboursement et aider à optimiser le remboursement et l'accès à Ferinject au Canada. Ce rôle consiste à gérer et à exécuter plusieurs initiatives à la fois et exige une réflexion stratégique, du leadership, de la collaboration, des idées novatrices, des capacités d'analyse des données, de prévision des ventes et de suivi. Le rôle de PM comprend également des responsabilités pour diriger la planification annuelle de la marque, la gestion des agences et le développement des relations avec les partenaires externes.

Votre expérience et vos qualifications :

Vous êtes titulaire d'un Baccalauréat en commerce, marketing, communication, sciences de la vie ou soins de santé ; MBA de préférence. 7+ ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la santé avec plus de 5 ans d'expérience en vente et marketing ou expérience connexe dans l'industrie pharmaceutique, biotechnologique ou des dispositifs médicaux. 2 à 4 ans d'expérience en gestion de produits dans l'industrie pharmaceutique, biotechnologique ou des dispositifs médicaux. Expérience de l'élaboration et de l'exécution de plusieurs tactiques en ligne et hors ligne couronnées de succès, notamment dans les domaines du numérique, de l'imprimé, de la vidéo et de la gestion de la relation client. Une expérience du lancement de produits dans le domaine des sciences de la vie est un atout. Le bilinguisme en anglais et français est un atout.

Le poste nécessite environ 30 % de déplacements, y compris certains week-ends.
