About This Opportunity
As a Senior National Account Executive, you will be responsible for the development of direct sales strategies aimed at achieving and/or exceeding the predetermined sales objectives to support the growth of the company's business; sells products and services to a select group of large national accounts. We are seeking a highly-motivated individual contributor with comprehensive knowledge of retail sales, customer management (national in scope), revenue growth, P&L/financial acumen, contract negotiations and customer marketing; ability to execute highly complex or specialized projects.

This opportunity is for a 15-month secondment
Responsibilities
Manages and leads collaborative business planning with the strategic goals to develop and execute key partnership initiatives, category programs and drive brand sales. Contacts/visits customers to review and identify strategic direction, problem areas and opportunities to promote product growth. Develops Account Business Plans including goals, key initiatives, major actions, key support needed, and new product recommendations. Develop relationships with all key decision makers, both internal and external. Keeps abreast of competitive activities within the responsible geographies and communicates appropriate activity in a timely manner. Act as a system-wide expert on strategy, business systems, and operating philosophy of assigned customer(s). Ensure flawless execution of programs throughout the system. Collaborates with cross-functional representatives to ensure that Coca-Cola North America delivers the full depth and breadth of resources that result in mutual benefits/results. Leads the stewardship routines with responsible distributors and partners that measures/communicates each partner’s activities against mutually agreed upon plans. Champions change through elimination of barriers and ongoing service issues to provide highest level of customer service.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required. Minimum of 5 years of national sales experience within the beverage or CPG industries. The ability to lead, prioritize, collaborate, and execute complex projects. Relationship management experience with highly complex customers is required. Must possess the ability to seek alternatives and recommend best solutions that gain all parties support and lead to win-win results.-
