Summary

This role requires an individual with strong organizational skills who is able to think methodically and ensure co-ordination and prioritization of multiple demands. The ideal candidate for this job has both knowledge of tools and computer skills and is seeking to work in an indoor shop environment with a leading, well established, Mechanical construction team with a progressive stable environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the Tool Crib and its Workers on a daily basis. Schedule and set up the day for Tool Crib employees prioritizing daily work load and responsibilities in order to maximize staff and workload. Assist with the Daily ins and Outs of all Tools from the Tool Crib (Tool Request/Pick Up Requests – All Data Entry). Complete the Month End Tool Tracker reports from all Sites (email each site their Tool Inventory Listing, wait for their return and reconcile each account on a monthly basis – All Data Entry) – Reports, Graphs and Monthly Basis. Create and Maintain Tool Listings and Tool Inventories.

Desired Skills & Experience

Self-directed and able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines. Familiarity with Mechanical/Construction tools and equipment. Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills. Able to work well independently as well as a collaborative member of a team. Strong communication skills, written and verbal. Work within company health and safety policies, practices and standards. Proven teamwork and customer service focus.
