Transform complex automotive jargon into simple and understandable language, becoming the go-to expert for our customers. Collaborate seamlessly with our skilled technicians to provide accurate estimates and recommend services that will leave our customers ecstatic. Keep our customers updated on their vehicle's progress and swiftly resolve any unexpected hurdles that may arise. Requirements:

A genuine love for cars and a contagious enthusiasm that will leave our customers revved up. Exceptional communication skills that could make even the most stoic statue crack a smile. Ability to stay cool, calm, and collected under pressure, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our customers. Stellar problem-solving skills to navigate the twists and turns of automotive conundrums with grace. Impeccable organizational skills to keep our service lanes flowing seamlessly. Proficiency in computer skills to whip up estimates and enter service orders like a pro. A valid driver's license Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or extensive knowledge of automotive service and repairs preferred
