Position Summary:

A Signal Operations coordinator provides functional leadership to Signal’s Community Based Security Agents through the development and implementation of policies and practices essential to the effective management of day-to-day operations. Basic duties include protecting all sites and managing all reporting agents including mobile agents , operations ccordinator responsible to provide emaployess the safe working envirnment and client saftisfaction as well. All duties listed below are minimum requirements, additional site-specific duties may be required.

Soft Skills:

Visioning: Understanding the big picture and requirements necessary to deliver services that reflect company values, goals, and purpose. Can you exhibit core values of Signal, creating peace of mind for our clients and explain those values to the Advanced and Agents?Strategic Planning: Effective engagement, communication, planning & execution of daily responsibilities while meeting established deadlines. Can you effectively adopt and communicate changes in regulations and company policy as well as train team members to efficiently complete their job responsibilities?Financial Acumen: Understanding company measurements while executing the necessary behaviors to drive performance. Can you identify and communicate potential hiring needs to your Ops Coordinator as well as participate in the interview and onboarding process.Team Development: Communicate with Clients, Team Members and Management effectively and in a timely manner, receiving and relaying feedback and executing follow up as needed. Can you create an environment of openness, trust and respect while coaching and developing Advanced and Agent’s performance?Project Management: Complete understanding and execution of daily tasks and efficiently delivering services that meet the needs of the you complete your daily assigned tasks with the additional responsibility of reviewing the activity and incident reports of Advanced and Agents?

Responsibilities:

Coach, monitor, and develop accountability for the individual performance of the Advanced Agent and Agent’s to align with company standards i.e. patrol completion, report writing, etc.Schedules and conducts spot checks with agents under their supervision, providing feedback, accountability, and recognition as needed.Promptly and consistently report any client specific information or issues to the Directors, while helping to execute and provide resolutions to any client issues or concerns.Participate in the hiring process, interviewing candidates, and setting up orientation dates and times. Communicate regularly with the Directors throughout the hiring process.Responsible for equipment inventory and maintenance including uniforms, vehicles, devices, phones, etc. while communicating needs and issues to their Directors.Participating in a performance review during recommended time frames with the Admins to enhance the Agent Brand Experience.Responsible for ensuring schedule is complete to fulfill contracted services and will cover shifts as necessary to ensure completion while minimizing overtime.Responsible for recommending and issuing disciplinary action for personnel in violation of the Signal Standard Operating Procedures. Furthermore, providing positive recognition for personnel going above and beyond the Signal expectations. Communicate with the Direcotrs in the Weekly Coordinator Meeting to review weekly score card, route reviews, operation priorities, and all client related issues.

21 years of age or olderHigh school diploma or GEDMust have valid driver’s license and good driving recordMust have reliable transportationMust be able to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidaysComplete training modules within first monthExcellent organization, oral, and written communication skillsDemonstrate a commitment to service, organization values and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor at all timesMust have 3+ year of management experienceOntario Security Guard Licence (Preffered)
