Reporting to theSuperintendent, the Sr. GeoExchange Installer will be responsible for performing daily GeoExchange and geothermal installation duties on various project sites.

What You'll Do Here:

Support Drillers with grouting operations. Monitor, support and train junior installers on the team. U-Bend Installations – install geo loops into boreholes. Inventory management and data entry of QA/QC information. Maintain accuracy of project QA/QC. Operate and maintain all support and installation equipment. Setup and maintain hose lines and water connections. Perform other duties and responsibilities as required. Multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment. Handle and distribute project materials (e.g., load and unload vehicles with supplies, equipment, and construction materials; move tools, equipment, and construction materials to and from work areas). Instruct and train junior personnel in duties, safe work practices, care and use of tools and equipment. Carry out manual labour duties such lifting and working with materials weighing up to 25kg. Work in all weather conditions and environments. Maintain personal and group safety at all times, and exercise appropriate caution when working with tension for rigging, on or close to energized equipment Drive an inclusive culture to promote equity, welcome different perspectives, and enable career progression by fostering a sense of belonging.

What You Bring to the Team:

Minimum of 2 years relevant experience required. Demonstrate and promote safety above all else. Capability to operate and maintain grouting & installation equipment. Experience working in a similar role within the industry. Capacity for manual dexterity with physical strength and stamina. Demonstrated ability to lead and effectively work on teams with a desire to provide excellent customer service. Ability to interpret drawings, develop / interpret work, instructions, and plan projects for self and others. Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Energy to use stairs, ladders, and climb over rough terrain. Capability to work long hours per day in all weather conditions. Strong interpersonal, team participation and communication skills Be a champion of inclusion and diversity. Metatarsal guarded steel toed CSA rubber boots required. Required Tickets: MOL 4 Step Safety Awareness, Ontario Working at Heights, CSTS, Valid Driver’s License, Skidsteer Certification, Telehandler Certification Preferred (but not required) Tickets: H2S Alive, Standard First Aid and CPR Level C, Earth loop technician and/or Ground Disturbance Level II
