Bilingual Customer Service Representative in London

Position: Bilingual Customer Relations Specialist - Full time, Permanent opportunity.
Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday- 6.30 AM - 8:00 PM EST (Must be flexible to work 8 hours during that time)
Rest assured, you'll receive your schedule well in advance.
Location: London, Ontario
Hybrid - 1 day onsite, 4 days remote
Salary: 44, 535 $

Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Relations Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Efficiently resolving phone and email inquiries using different systems and tools promptly.
- Delivering precise responses to both existing and new members, ensuring top-notch customer service.
- Engaging in continuous learning opportunities to enhance your skills and grow professionally.
Qualifications
-Outstanding communication abilities in both English and French
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a knack for quickly picking up various computer systems, including Windows-based platforms
-Demonstrated problem-solving skills through thorough investigation and timely decision-making
-At least a high school diploma or equivalent education
-Exceptional computer proficiency and multitasking prowess
-Prior experience in Customer Service or Call Centre roles is essential
-Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
